​​BOOKING FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER FEE is required to book any appointment and will go towards your final balance. The retainer fee is non-refundable unless the makeup artist cancels. THE REMAINING BALANCE CAN BE PAID with cash, Apple Pay, Zelle  or Card. There is a $1.50 fee for card transactions.

 

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will NOT be refunded and can NOT be transferred. NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK IN THE FUTURE . If you would like to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the chance to fill that slot. 

LATENESS: A LATE FEE OF $15 will be added up to 10 mins late. After 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. (An I’m on the way text after your scheduled appointment time does not excuse you from being late).

 

Due to limited space, we ask that you do not bring extra guests or kids unless they are being serviced.
